Customers using Online Banking are encouraged to take all reasonable steps to protect the security of their computer by ensuring that it is free from viruses and/or any form of program or mechanism capable of recording personal information.

  • When logging on, you MUST enter your Personal Access Code using the Scramble Pad on the Log On screen.
  • We will never send you an email redirecting you to our Online Banking address or requesting you to change your Personal Access Code.
  • We recommend that you either "Bookmark" our Home Page in your Favorites Folder or manually type in our website address to log on to Online Banking.
  • Where possible, avoid using shared or common computers in areas such as Internet Cafes for Online Banking as you may not be able to guarantee the integrity of the computer.
  • When logging on to Online Banking, always ensure that a padlock image is in the bottom toolbar. Click the padlock to view the Certificate details.
  • Always keep your personal firewall, Anti Virus and Anti Spyware software updated at all times as these help to protect your computer from Internet intruders.
  • Regularly download security updates and patches for operating systems and other software.
  • Always check your statements for suspicious transactions - you can verify the last time you used Online Banking from the "Session Summary" located in Other Services within Online Banking.
  • Always click the "Log Off" button when exiting Online Banking.
